In this picture you can see I've now wrapped the bent plates that connect the 1/4 inch bolts to the plate assembly. The bottom and top are left open here to let water in and gas out through the top. I've snipped off the ends of the nylon tie straps. Of course, it would not go back into the main assembly without first rotating the ends away from the edges. The ends came in contact with the inside of the main assembly, but once rotated away from the edges all went together just fine.
