The green arrow shows the location of the fitting where the hose is connected that takes the gas to
the engine. I moved it forward more. I didn't show it in these pictures, but inside the unit there
is a circular piece of Plexiglas inserted as a splash shield. The splash shield it before the
opening inside for this fitting and has some small holes in the center, top and bottom to allow
water and gas to move across but stops the water from splashing up into the opening where the gas
exits the unit. This will stop water from being siphoned into the engine when driving about. The
splash shield is cemented into place permanently.
