As shown by the arrow, I've attached the lead to the plates to this area formerly used to hold the
plates in place. I've removed the rubber grommets I previously used to seal this water tight and
drilled this hole out larger. I then inserted the 1/4 - 20 stainless bolt with nut and washer up to
the hole centered. I then filled the hole with epoxy, in this case JB Weld, and this sealed it up
very water tight giving a solid place to attach the power leads on both sides.
