Here you see the unit under the back seat of my 67 Volkswagen Beetle (back seat removed). If you are familiar with this car you may notice the wiring different from a normal VW Beetle. I've added fuses, sadly left out by Volkswagen, and the relays I've installed let the power go directly directly from the battery to the starter and engine coil. Normally on these cars the power goes from the battery to the ignition switch then back to the starter and engine. I connected this unit directly to the main power lead that goes from the battery to the voltage regulator and it has it's own fuse before the relay. The relay is activated by a switch installed at the dashboard using switched power from the ignition switch. This way the unit won't accidentally be on when the engine isn't running. The clear hose that carries the hydrogen/oxygen follows the wiring harness back to the engine compartment.
