Picture 33
These are the plans I drew up for the plates I used. Dimensions "A" and "B" are flexible depending on the width and length of plates you will be using. This size will depend on how big of a unit you are fabricating. Here I only show one corner cut off. In the unit I fabricated I cut two corners diagonally apart so I could wire this unit in many different ways should I need to. This layout will work great with only one clipped corner and save time. There are no holes shown for the nylon bolts I used. A unit could be fabricated using only two nylon bolts and work properly or even use plastic tie straps to hold the unit together. There are so many ways to assemble this, but just make sure every other plate is inverted so they don't short out. Also make sure that what ever is used to hold it all together is non conductive such as plastic tie straps or nylon bolts. I used ten plates (5 negative and 5 positive) in mine. You could use more or less plates. More might draw more amps if you increase the number of plates though.
